In September 2014 first 13 ITEM students are arriving at Klaipeda University in Lithuania and starting their studies in the ITEM programme. The schedule has been developed in short intensive study sessions over the Autumn of 2014 that attracts both professionals and recent graduates. Between study periods, students will be expected to do a lot of individual work. The first group admitted in the programme are mainly from the Baltic countries.
During the Final Conference in Riga and Valmiera, Latvia, September 25 – 26, the partners will meet to round up the project achievements, reflect on the first intake and discuss the project results in a wider audience. It is expected that a lot of professionals will join to reflect on various issues related to ITEM study programme, such as MICE role in tourism industry, marketing and use of ICT.
