Estonian School of Hotel and Tourism Management EHTE (in Estonian: Eesti Hotelli- ja Tursmikõrgkool EHTE) is a private school, founded in 1996 to provide vocational and applied higher education in Tallinn, the capital of Estonia.

EHTE aims to become a well-known and acknowledged in tourism and hospitality education in the Baltic Sea Region, the leading hotel and tourism educational centre and acknowledged applied study centre in tourism, hospitality and catering service education in Estonia and a serious player at Estonian event management and catering service market and the leading representative of national food culture.

As EHTE was founded by the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association and the Estonian Association of Travel Agents as co-founders, the mission of EHTE is to train skilled, professional and highly motivated employees for hospitality, catering and tourism service.

Providing education at EHTE on the level of applied higher education began already in 2000, but formally EHTE became UAS in 2010.

Today EHTE is the only tourism education institution in Estonia fully and only focused on tourism and hospitality both in the context of applied higher and vocational education in tourism, accommodation and catering sectors.

EHTE has 300 students and a staff of 25 (and a similar amount of guest lectures from the industry) studying and teaching at vocational education academic programmes for high school graduates (Hotel service, Catering Service, Tour Operation) and applied higher education curricula (Hotel management, Tour Operations (new established study scheme in business tourism, tour agency and tour guide), Catering Service).

In 2012 Hotel Management Diploma applied higher education curriculum in English was launched.

In addition to operating as a school EHTE offers a large number of training courses and also offers American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AH&LA EI) courses

EHTE is international by participating in mobility/exchange programmes, in a number of networks and organizations, international conferences, projects and research, guest lecturing.

EHTE aims to become the leading hospitality and tourism education center and the recognized center for research in tourism, accommodation and catering fields in Estonia and the Baltic Sea Region.

In the project in question EHTE is involved via the Research & Development Unit both regarding the project content and the project administration.
